The editorial policy of the “Development Management” journal is based on the principles of objectivity and impartiality in the selection of articles for publication; high demands on the quality of scientific research; obligatory peer review of articles; collegiality in making decisions on the publication of articles; accessibility and efficiency in communicating with authors; strict compliance with copyright and related rights. The main criterion in the selection of materials for publication is their originality and relevance of ideas, the scientific and factual reliability of the presented material.
The purpose of the “Development Management” is to publish scientific studies that test, extend or elaborate management theory and contribute to enhance the field of management development, practice, and research. Articles that address issues related to firms, public enterprises and nonprofit organizations on regional and international level are welcomed. The prime requirement for an article will be that it is relevant to management development; makes a significant original contribution to the field; contains elements which have general application; and is within the scope of the journal coverage.

The primary audience of the journal is business practitioners, management development experts, academicians, doctoral students, lecturers, workers in the IT sector, and government officials interested in management issues, processes and experiences.
